Investigation and Analysis of the Demand for Standardization Talent Capabilities
摘要
Abstract
The level of standardization development marks a country or city's innovation,competitiveness,and influence.The cultivation of standardization talents is the fundamental support for enhancing standardization capabilities.Currently,with the relatively slow standardization development and weak capabilities of standardization talents in China,it is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of standardization talents and improve their capabilities.This article conducts a statistical analysis of the distribution,work status,and demand for professional capabilities of practitioners in the field of standardization based on a survey.The research results indicate that the cultivation of standardization talents should focus on developing professional capabilities such as fundamental knowledge of standardization and the use of standardization tools,as well as the ability to solve professional issues in standardization.These findings provide direct reference for the cultivation of standardization talents in universities.关键词
