论文博专业图书馆工作标准化体系的建构OACHSSCD
On the Construction of Work Standardization System of the Affiliated Library of Museum
文博专业图书馆即博物馆等文博单位下属图书资料管理部门,其既有博物馆属性,又有图书馆属性.文博专业图书馆均具有博物馆内部图书资料服务职能,有些还有文物保管职能.本文认为,建构文博专业图书馆工作标准化体系,要折衷与融合博物馆行业、图书馆行业标准化体系,落实上级博物馆工作标准,制定部门核心业务工作标准,优化部门工作,以实现上级博物馆整体效益最大化.
The affiliated library of museum has the attributes of both museum and library.All the affiliated libraries of museums have the service function of affording books and materials,and some of them also have the function of keeping cultural relics.This paper holds that in order to construct the work standardization system of the affiliated library of museum,it is necessary to adjust and integrate the standardization system of museum industry and library industry,and implement the standardization work of superior museum,and formulate the working standards of the department's core business and optimize the department's work,to maximize the overall benefit of superior museum.
