Abstract
This paper analyzes the existing problems in the standards construction of well-facilitated farmland in various districts by researching the current situation of the standards construction of well-facilitated farmland in seven construction regions,and proposes the ideas and templates for the construction of the standards system for well-facilitated farmland.It establishes the standards system for well-facilitated farmland in 26 dimensions,including seven categories of well-facilitated farmland from the foundation,planning,construction,acceptance,management,evaluation and grading to safe production,as well as terminology,coding rules,information collection,feasibility study,preliminary design,engineering estimates,general rules for construction,infrastructure construction,sponge farmland,general rules for acceptance,overall acceptance,special acceptance,general rules for management,daily management,scientific and technological management,pollution management,overall evaluation,soil evaluation,water resources evaluation,evaluation and grading of smart farmland,evaluation and grading of waste-free farmland,general rules for safe production,construction of safety facilities,safe production,safe operation,safe education,which provides a unified and standardized reference basis for each construction area.关键词
