摘要

Abstract

With the continuous expansion of China's oil depot construction scale,it is of great significance to improve the standards for safety design of large oil storage tank areas.This article,through in-depth exploration of domestic and foreign standards,analyzes technical points such as hazardous liquid classification,tank fire protection distance,intermediate dike,tank dyke height and effective volume of diked area.It discusses the significant differences in standards for oil storage tank design between domestic and foreign standards and their applicability.This study provides references and insights for the safety management of oil storage tank areas in China,promoting the standardization and safety enhancement of such areas.Additionally,it serves as a basis for the revision of domestic standards.
