Evaluation of the Implementation of Local Standards for Urban Management
摘要
Abstract
This paper evaluates the implementation effect of Technical specification for application for the connection hoses of gas appliances(DB11/T1275),sorts out the main factors affecting the implementation of the standard,establishes the standard evaluation index system,and determines 9 indexes in three aspects:text evaluation,implementation behavior and implementation effect.It uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the expert weight,determines the weight and score of each index combined with the expert scoring method,and finally gets the standard evaluation score and determines the evaluation level.关键词
