Abstract
Through the establishment and operation of quality management system,inspection and testing institutions can achieve the quality objectives set by organizations,and inspection report pass rate is an important part of the quality objective measurement of inspection and testing institutions.The GB/T 2828 series of standards are widely used to test the quality of manufacturers'final products,parts and raw materials,work-in-progress,inventory,maintenance operations,data or records.This paper aims to discuss the necessity,feasibility and technical path of introducing the sampling procedures for inspection by attributes to measure and monitor the quality objective of inspection and testing institutions,and provide application examples.关键词
