Abstract
By testing the thermal shock resistance of high white jade porcelain at different temperatures,the thermal shock resistance of high white jade porcelain was obtained,and the reasonable technical indexes were determined,which provided the basis for the development of the standard for porcelain and the improvement of product quality in enterprises.The test results show that the average breakage rate is 53.6%under the test condition of 20～180℃,24.3%under the test condition of 20～160℃,and 7.3%under the test condition of 20～140℃.Under the test condition of 20～120℃,the average breakage rate is 1.8%.According to GB/T 3532-2022,Domestic porcelain ware,under the above four test conditions,the average qualified rate is 18.2%,59.1%,90.9%and 95.4%respectively.It can be seen that most products cannot meet the requirements according to the national standard(under the test condition of 20～180℃).Finally,from the comprehensive analysis of the average breakage rate and the average qualified rate,it is concluded that the technical index of thermal shock resistance of small and medium-sized products of this variety should be set as"heat exchange for once at 20～140℃should not crack".关键词
