Advancement Initiatives for Standardization of Teacher Ethics Construction in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Moral Education

Abstract
In the context of moral education,the construction of teacher ethics in colleges and universities has become a key element of teacher management.Teacher ethics construction in colleges and universities can implement the fundamental task of moral education,strengthen the quality of talent cultivation,promote the development of school spirit,shape a good campus culture,and improve the comprehensive quality level of teaching force,which has a positive impact on promoting the reform of college education.This paper takes the promotion of standardization of teacher ethics construction in colleges and universities from the perspective of moral education as the research topic,expounds its importance and current situation,and puts forward the innovative strategy,in order to provide reference to the construction of teacher ethics construction in colleges and universities.关键词
