标准化药学服务对癌痛患者的干预效果研究
Study on the Effect of Standardized Pharmacy Services on the Intervention of Patients with Cancer Pain
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the significance of standardized pharmacy service intervention model in cancer pain patients.Methods:In this study,100 cases were selected from the cancer pain patients admitted to the Maternal and Child Healthcare Hospital of Subei Mongolian Autonomous County from November 2022 to November 2023.They were divided into two groups by lottery method with 50 cases in each group.The reference group adopted conventional medication management,and the experimental group carried out a standardized pharmacy service intervention model.The intervention effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After the intervention,the pain condition,degree of influence on daily life,medication adherence and adverse reactions of the experimental group improved significantly compared with those of the reference group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of standardized pharmacy service intervention model for patients with cancer pain can improve analgesic effect and quality of life,and help reduce the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
