Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized treatment on compliance and recurrence rate of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuquan City,Guizhou Province from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the compliance group and the non-compliance group according to their compliance with the treatment plan.The recurrence rate of the patients was recorded through one-year follow-up of the patients in the two groups.Results:The recurrence rate of cerebral infarction in the compliance group was significantly lower than that in the non-compliance group(P＜0.05).From the perspective of factors affecting patients'compliance,incomplete disease cognition,lack of self-management ability,and lack of effective family and social support were correlated with poor compliance of patients'treatment plan(P＜0.05,OR＞1).Conclusion:The compliance of patients with cerebral infarction with standardized treatment is an important factor affecting the recurrence rate of the disease.In clinical practice,it is necessary to strengthen the patients'self-management ability,and provide comprehensive prevention of recurrence and strengthen family support for those with low compliance,in order to effectively prevent the recurrence of cerebral infarction.关键词
