消化性溃疡应用半夏泻心汤联合标准化三联疗法效果研究
Study on the Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Standardized Triple Therapy for Peptic Ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of banxia xiexin decoction combined with standardized triple therapy on patients with peptic ulcer.Methods:80 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Lixian County,Gansu Province from July 2020 to July 2023 were observed and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with banxia xiexin decoction,and the observation group was treated with banxia xiexin decoction combined with standardized triple therapy.The effective rate of treatment,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the degree of pain were compared.Results:All indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of banxia xiexin decoction combined with standardized triple therapy in patients with peptic ulcer can reduce the pain degree of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the overall therapeutic effect.关键词
