Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized WORLD teaching in hemodialysis room nursing teaching.Methods:40 nurses who practiced in the hemodialysis room of the Hospital of Honghe State Affiliated to Kunming Medical University from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into 2 groups with 20 nurses in each group.The control group implemented routine teaching,and the observation group implemented standardized WORLD teaching.The assessment results,teaching interest,and others were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had high assessment scores,teaching interest,teaching quality and clinical comprehensive ability(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized WORLD teaching method has ideal effect,which can not only cultivate the interest of nursing students,but also change the teaching quality and improve the comprehensive ability,which is worth promoting.关键词
