新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮的Meta分析OACSTPCD
Meta-analysis of Novel Supramolecular Salicylic Acid Combined with Fire Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acne
目的:利用Meta分析观察新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮的临床有效性和安全性.方法:检索the Cochrane Library、Pubmed数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、CNKI中国知网、维普、万方数据库,纳入新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮的随机对照治疗(Randomized controlled trial,RCT),并进行方法学质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件对总有效率进行统计分析.结果:9篇RCT文献纳入本项研究,累计病例612例.Meta分析结果显示新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮总有效率[RR=1.13,95%CI(0.32,0.69),P<0.000 01].结论:新型超分子水杨酸联合火针治疗痤疮总有效率较高,优于单纯使用新型超分子水杨酸组.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of novel supramolecular salicylic acid combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of acne by meta-analysis.Methods Retrieve the CochraneLibrary,Pubmed database,Chinese biomedical literature database,the database of CNKI,weipu database,Wanfang data,under the joint fire new supramolecular salicylic acid acne randomized treatment(randomizedcontrolledtrial,RCT),and methodological quality assessment,of the total effective rate by RevMan5.4 software statistical analysis.Results 9 RCT articles were included in this study,with a total of 612 cases.Meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate of the novel supramolecular salicylic acid combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne[RR=1.13,95%CI(0.32,0.69),P<0.000 01].Conclusion The novel supramolecular salicylic acid combined with fire needle in the treatment of acne has obvious advantages in the total effective rate,which is better than that of the new supramolecular salicylic acid alone.
