Efficacy of Liquid Dressing Containing Gentian Extract Combined with Ebastine on Facial Sensitive Skin and Its Influence on Skin Physiological Function

Abstract
Objective To discuss the efficacy of liquid dressing containing Gentian extract combined with ebastine on facial sensitive skin and its influence on skin physiological function.Methods According to random number table method,90 patients with facial sensitive skin who were divided into control group and observation group in the author's hospital from October 2021 to December 2022,with 45 cases in each group.The patients were treated with ebastine in control group,and the patients were treated with liquid dressing containing gentian extract combined with ebastine in observation group,all the patients were continuously treated for 4 weeks.The efficacy,lactic acid stimulation test indexes,skin physiological function indexes[Transepidermal water loss(TEWL),sebum content,cuticle water content,skin pH value]and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates(93.33%vs 71.11%)in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).The lactic acid stimulation test indexes and skin physiological function indexes were significantly improved before treatment in both groups(P＜0.05).The lactic acid sting score in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05),the onset time of lactic acid tingling sensation[(6.97±0.84)min vs(5.19±0.63)min]in observation group were significantly longer than that in control group(P＜0.05).The TEWL in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group(P＜0.05),the sebum content,cuticle water content in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The liquid dressing containing gentian extract combined with ebastine could significantly improve the clinical efficacy,skin physiological function and tolerance of facial sensitive skin,and the safety was good.关键词
