摘要
Abstract
Wound healing is a complex biological process of repairing the skin barrier after a skin injury or infection.Poor wound healing leads to dysfunction of the organism,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and significantly increases their economic burden.With the development and maturation of high-throughput sequencing technology,single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology has been widely used in biomedical fields due to its unique advantages such as its ability to finely delineate cell subpopulations,assess cellular heterogeneity,track cell lineage,and identify rare cells.In this paper,we summarize the research progress of single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology in wound healing,aiming to provide a reference for basic and clinical research on wound healing.关键词
