摘要
Abstract
Port-wine stain is a common congenital vascular malformation disease.Its clinical manifestation is irregular red patches that can fade when pressed.About 75%of the patients occur on the head and face.Its color can change from the initial pink to dark red and purple red.Some patients can also have local skin thickening,nodules and other manifestations,which has a great impact on the social psychology and physiology of patients and their families.Himporfen photodynamic therapy is a non-invasive therapy,which is widely used in the treatment of skin diseases and tumor diseases.In recent years,himporfen photodynamic therapy has been widely used in the treatment of port wine stains,and has achieved remarkable results.This paper will review and discuss the research progress of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of port wine stains,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of PWS.关键词
