重视新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎临床与基础研究
Attention to necrotizing enterocolitis in children
摘要
Abstract
Necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)remains one of the leading causes of death of the newborn,especially in the pretenn and low birth weight neonates.How to identify and accurately determine the severity of the disease early,how to grasp the surgical opportunity of children with NEC,and explore effective intervention measures have become the hot topic of current clinical research.New discoveries in the basic research including intestinal mucosal barrier and inappropriate inflammatory response.Current work will shed light on explaining the pathogenesis of NEC,potential therapeutic methods,and ultimately improve outcomes in NEC.关键词
