从流行病学角度谈食管裂孔疝的发生与发展
Occurrence and development of hiatal hernia from the perspective of epidemiology
摘要
Abstract
The prevalence of hiatal hernia(HH)varies significantly across different regions and races.Generally,the prevalence of HH is notably higher in European and American countries compared to most Asian countries,including China.Advanced age,overweight or obesity,gastric acid reflux,history of gastroesophageal surgery,and the presence of thoracolumbar spinal deformity are crucial risk factors related to the onset and progression of HH.Developing targeted prevention and treatment strategies for HH based on these associated risk factors holds great significance in controlling the occurrence and progression of HH as well as reducing its overall prevalence.关键词
