食管裂孔疝修补术应用补片的合理选择
Resonable selection of mesh for hiatus hernia repair surgery
摘要
Abstract
It is currently difficult to reach a consensus on whether mesh repair should be routinely applied for hiatus hernia,in accordance with domestic and international guidelines and consensus.Hence,it is of utmost significance to utilize efficacious evidence-based medicine evidence derived from a substantial quantity of clinical data to comprehend the uniqueness of hiatus hernia.It is recommended to utilize the mesh in a selective manner in the management of hiatus hernia,not to be applied routinely;at the same time,the mesh should be applied individually based on the situation of patients,for example,weak diaphragm crura,suture tension and so on.The above is of great significance in enhancing the therapeutic efficacy of patients with hiatus hernia,and mitigating the likelihood of recurrence and postoperative complications关键词
