食管裂孔疝修补手术中抗反流处理的综合考量
Comprehensive consideration of anti-reflux treatment in hiatal hernia repair
摘要
Abstract
Anti reflux surgery,as a treatment for the anatomical mechanism of esophageal hiatal hernia(HH),can effectively reduce and control the discomfort and damage caused by gastroesophageal reflux caused by HH.As a functional restorative surgery,the surgeon's goal is to bring less adverse effects while addressing the existing pain.The situation of gastroesophageal reflux in HH patients is complex and diverse.Individualized surgical treatment should be selected based on their subjective symptoms and objective examination,and different comorbidities should be considered.关键词
