Abstract
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has become an essential component of the comprehensive treatment of locally advanced gastric cancer,and it is particularly important to evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Inflammatory and nutritional status is not only related to the occurrence and progression of gastric cancer but also closely related to the efficacy and prognosis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.The acquisition of inflammatory and nutritional indicators is simple and rapid,and the value of inflammatory and nutritional indicators and their changes before and after neoadjuvant therapy are closely related to tumor regression grade,disease-free survival,overall survival,and so on.The prediction model of prognosis of patients with gastric cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy based on inflammatory and nutritional indicators and other clinical and pathological characteristics also showed brilliant performance.The peripheral blood inflammatory and nutritional indicators are expected to become reliable indexes to evaluate the efficacy and prognosis of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for gastric cancer and have a broad clinical application prospect.关键词
