目的 探讨新交泰饮对 2 型糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂的影响.方法 采用高糖高脂饲料喂养联合小剂量注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)法建立2 型糖尿病大鼠模型,将其分为正常组、模型组、二甲双胍组(100 mg/kg)及新交泰饮低(5.94 g/kg)、中(11.88 g/kg)、高(17.82 g/kg)剂量组,每组 8 只.连续灌胃 4 周,每周测定空腹血糖(FGB),给药结束后,检测各组大鼠葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)及血清胰岛素(INS)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素 6(IL6)等各项指标.结果 新交泰饮组中剂量组在降低FGB 和OGTT水平方面较二甲双胍组弱(P<0.05),但在增加INS分泌和降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平方面较二甲双胍组强(P<0.05).结论 新交泰饮可以降低 2 型糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平,其调控作用可能与维护糖耐量、促进胰岛素分泌和改善血脂代谢有关.

Objective To explore the effect of Xinjiaotai Decoction on blood glucose and lipid levels in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods A type 2 diabetic rat model was established using high-fat and high-sugar diet combined with a small dose of streptozotocin(STZ)injection.The rats were divided into a normal group,model group,metformin group(100 mg/kg),and Xinjiaotai Decoction low-dose(5.94 g/kg),medium-dose(11.88 g/kg),and high-dose(17.82 g/kg)groups,with 8 rats in each group.The rats were continuously intragastric administration for 4 weeks,and fasting blood glucose(FGB)was measured every week.After administration,the glucose tolerance(OGTT),serum insulin(INS),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL6)and other indicators were detected in each group of rats.Results Compared with metformin group,Xinjiao Taiyin medium dose group was weaker in reducing FGB and OGTT levels(P<0.05),but stronger in increasing INS secretion and decreasing TC,TG and LDL-C levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinjiaotai decoction can reduce the blood glucose level in type 2 diabetic rats,and its regulatory effect may be related to maintaining glucose tolerance,promoting insulin secretion and improving lipid metabolism.
