Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bufei Guben decoction combined with conventional therapy on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung-qi deficiency type.Methods A total of 90 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung-qi deficiency treated in Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with bufei Guben decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)of experimental group were higher(P<0.05);The scores of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath and wheezing in experimental group were lower(P<0.05);The level of interleukin-8(IL-8)was lower and α1-antitrypsin(α1-AT)was higher in experimental groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The severity and frequency of symptoms,activity limitation caused by symptoms,and the impact on daily activities of the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).The number of acute attacks in experimental group was less in half a year after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bufei Guben decoction and conventional therapy can effectively improve lung function,alleviate symptoms,and improve health status in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung qi deficiency type.关键词
