Abstract
Objective To explore the in vitro antioxidant effect of total flavonoids of the new edible and medicinal fungus Aurantium aurantium under microwave extraction.Methods The scavenging ability to hydroxyl radical,superoxide anion radical and DPPH radical,and relative reducing ability of total flavonoids were determined by spectrophotometry,and compared with vitamin C(VC).Results At 0.14 mg/ml,the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical was 84%.At the concentration of 0.07 mg/ml,the scavenging rate of superoxide anion free radical was 91%,and at the concentration of 0.12 mg/ml,the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical was 90%,and the total flavonoids of Aurantium aurantium also had a strong reducing ability.Conclusion The total flavonoids of auriculus auriculus have a good antioxidant effect in vitro within a certain concentration range.关键词
