Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in nursing of femoral neck fracture in the elderly.Methods Sixty-two elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into rehabilitation nursing group and routine nursing group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The rehabilitation nursing group received rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the conventional nursing group received traditional nursing.The rehabilitation effect,hip function recovery,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The Harris hip score of rehabilitation nursing group was significantly higher than that of conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Berg balance Scale(BBS)score and standing up and walking test(TUG)in rehabilitation nursing group were better than those in conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The 36-item Concise Health Survey Scale(SF-36)score of rehabilitation nursing group was significantly higher than that of conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of rehabilitation nursing group was significantly higher than that of conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in the elderly femoral neck fracture nursing effect is significant,can promote the recovery of hip function,improve the quality of life,improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
