住院药房麻醉药品和第一类精神药品智能信息化管理的实践效果分析
Practical Effect of Intelligent Information Management of Anesthetic Drugs and Class ⅠPsychotropic Drugs Management in Inpatient Pharmacy

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of intelligent information management of narcotic drugs and classⅠ psychotropic drugs(hereinafter referred to as"anesthetic and psychotropic drugs")based on the hospital information system(HIS)in inpatient pharmacy of the hospital.METHODS:Problems existing in the process of prescription,dispensing,using,recycling of empty ampoule and waste paste of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs in the hospital were collected,and the main causes of existing problems were analyzed by fish-bone diagram.Those causes were summarized from 5 perspectives of equipment,personnel,drugs,system and feedback by PDCA management method.Intelligent information construction was carried out on the main causes that can be intervened.The centralized dispensing time of anesthetic drugs in the operating room,satisfaction degree of the ward to the quality of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs dispensing,management awareness of related medical staff,and number of irregular and irrational prescriptions per month were collected respectively before(from Mar.to May 2021)and after(from Mar.to May 2022)intelligent information management.RESULTS:The efficient management of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs in inpatient pharmacy was obtained through the addition of HIS information function and intelligent drug cabinet,programmed registration of empty ampoule and waste patches and special knowledge online intelligent assessment.Compared with before intelligent information management,the time of centralized dispensing of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs in operating room was shortened by 56.25%[from(62.40±3.86)min to(27.30±2.10)min],the satisfaction of the ward on dispensing quality was increased by 5.98%[from(86.90±1.58)%to(92.10±2.80)%],the management awareness of related medical staff on anesthetic and psychotropic drugs was increased by 9.08%[from(87.00±1.41)%to(94.90±1.64)%],and the number of irregular and irrational prescriptions per month was decreased by 42.08%[from(60.00±5.92)prescriptions to(34.75±5.76)prescriptions].CONCLUSIONS:Based on intelligent information management,the management of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs in the hospital is transferred into the fine management mode,which has achieved the double improvement of pharmaceutical care quality and efficiency,improved the medical experience of patients,and ensured the convenience and safety of clinical medication.关键词
