超声弹性成像联合超声造影定量分析在缺血性脑梗死中的应用价值
Application value of ultrasonic elastography combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound quantitative analysis in ischemic cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of ultrasonic elastography combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)quantitative analysis in ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 120 patients with ischemic cerebral infarction were enrolled and divided into the symptomatic group(48 cases)and the asymptomatic group(72 cases).The parameters of ultrasonic elastography and the quantitative analysis parameters of CEUS were compared between the two groups.The diagnostic efficiency of elastography combined with CEUS was analyzed by ROC curve.Results:The values of Emax,Emin and Emean in the symptomatic group were greater than those in the asymptomatic group(all P<0.05).The peak intensity(PI)in the symptomatic group was higher than that in the asymptomatic group(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in arrival time(AT),time to peak(TTP)or basal intensity(BI)between the two groups(all P>0.05).ROC curves showed that the AUCs of Emax,Emin,Emean,PI and the combined detection in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebral infarction were 0.743,0.636,0.694,0.711,0.760,and the sensitivities were 85.90%,72.90%,77.10%,81.30%,93.80%,and the specificities were 66.70%,53.40%,54.20%,54.20%,52.30%,respectively.Conclusions:Ultrasonic elastography combined with CEUS quantitative analysis has a higher diagnostic efficiency in symptomatic ischemic cerebral infarction,and can effectively differentiate ischemic cerebral infarction.关键词
