助脉二仙汤联合镇心膏穴位贴敷治疗缓慢型心律失常患者的临床研究
Clinical Study of Zhumai Erxian Decoction Combined with Zhenxin Ointment Acupoint Application on Patients with Slow Arrhythmia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhumai Erxian decoction combined with Zhenxin ointment acupoint application in the treatment of patients with slow arrhythmia and the effects on cardiac function and inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 120 patients with slow arrhythmia who visited a hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects and assigned into the control group and the observation group using random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with atropine sulfate tablets,and the observation group were treated with Zhumai Erxian decoction and Zhenxin ointment acupoint application in addition to the treatment in the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,cardiac function[cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),nuclear factor-kappa B p65(NF-κB p65),phosphorylation inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa B alpha(p-IκBα)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Following treatment,the overall response rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%,P<0.05).The scores of palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath,cold body and cold limbs,dark complexion,chest pain,waist and knee tenderness all decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).CI,SV and LVEF in both groups increased(P<0.05),with the observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).IL-6,IL-8,hs-CRP,NF-κB p65 and p-IκBα decreased in the both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:In addition to atropine sulfate tablets,Zhumai Erxian decoction in combination with Zhenxin ointment acupoint application in the treatment of slow arrhythmia has definite clinical efficacy,and can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,improve heart function,reduce inflammation,with favorable safety profiles.关键词
