35例胺碘酮注射液致过敏性休克病例报告分析
Analysis of 35 Cases of Allergic Shock Induced by Amiodarone Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication characteristics and influencing factors of allergic shock induced by amiodarone injection,and to ensure safe medication.Methods:The case reports of allergic shock caused by amiodarone injection were statistically analyzed by searching Chinese and English databases.Results:A total of 28 case reports were retrieved,with a total of 35 cases.Women were higher than men,18 cases were 60 years old and above,29 cases(82.86%)of patients with allergic shock occurred within 5 min or 5 ml of medication.The allergic shock mainly involves respiratory system diseases,skin and skin adnexal diseases,angiocardiopathy,systemic diseases,etc.with manifestations such as a sudden drop in blood pressure and chest tightness/shortness of breath.Conclusion:Healthcare professionals should strengthen early medication monitoring of patients to prevent and reduce the occurrence of fatal events.关键词
