基于文献计量学的天麻研究现状和发展态势分析OA

目的:基于文献计量学探讨并分析天麻在国际研究领域的热点及发展趋势.方法:以Web of Science数据库为数据来源,收集 2000年1月~2023年4月期间天麻相关研究的文献报道,使用文献计量可视化软件VOSviewer 1.6.19、CiteSpace 6.2.R4、Bibliometrix R4.3.2 和Excel 2019对年度发文量、期刊分布情况、文献所属国家、机构及作者的合作关系、文献共被引频次、高频关键词进行可视化分析.结果:共检索到文献1039篇,剔除重复文献后,共纳入613篇文献.天麻相关研究文献最早发表于2000年,年度发文量呈波动式增长.我国关于天麻的文献量最多,共496篇.核心作者共162位,国家、机构和作者合作网络松散.10篇高被引文章均对天麻的药理作用进行了研究分析,主要集中在天麻素的药理学研究方面.关键词分析提示研究热点从天麻提取液及其主要化学成分药理活性的探索转变为疾病改善的通路机制研究;天麻通过参与氧化应激进而影响神经系统退行性病变的作用机制研究可能成为该领域的新热点.结论:本研究利用文献计量可视化软件直观反映了天麻研究领域的热点和发展趋势,可为天麻相关研究提供参考.

Objective:To explore and analyze the research hotspots and development trends of Gastrodia Rhizoma in the international research field based on bibliometrics.Methods:The Web of Science database was utilized to collect the literature reports of Gastrodia Rhizoma related studies from January 2000 to April 2023.Bibliometric visualization softwares,including VOSviewer 1.6.19,CiteSpace 6.2.R4,Bibliometrix R4.3.2 and Excel 2019,were employed for visualizing and analyzing the annual publication trends,journal distribution,countries of publication,institutional and author collaborations,co-citation frequencies,and high-frequency keywords.Results:A total of 1039 literatures were retrieved,and 613 literatures were included after removing duplicate literatures.The earliest research literature related to Gastrodia Rhizoma was published in 2000,and the number of published articles has increased fluctuatingly since 2000.China contributed the largest number of publications on Gastrodia Rhizoma,totaling 496 articles.A loosely connected network of cooperation was observed among countries,institutions and authors,with a total of 162 core authors.The pharmacological effects of Gastrodia Rhizoma were studied and analyzed in the top 10 highly cited articles,primarily focused on the pharmacological studies of gastrodin.Keyword analysis indicated a shift in research hotspot from exploring the pharmacological activity of Gastrodia Rhizoma extract and its main chemical components to investigating the pathway mechanism for disease improvement.The mechanism of action of Gastrodia Rhizoma involved in oxidative stress and its impact on neurodegenerative lesions is expected to become the research hotspot in this field.Conclusion:This study directly reflected the current hot topics and development trends in the field of Gastrodia Rhizoma through the utilization of bibliometric visualization softwares,offering valuable insights for further research on Gastrodia Rhizoma.
