Abstract
Small hydropower is internationally recognized as a clean and renewable energy.Taking green approaches for small hydropower rehabilitation and modernization is an inevitable choice to implement the concept of"innovation,integration,green,openness,and sharing".It will accelerate the transformation speed of development mode and boost water ecological civilization.It is also an inherent requirement for developing new quality productive forces of water resources to achieve high quality and efficiency.China has taken the lead in the concept of green development,developed economically sound and practical technologies and cost-effective and high-quality equipment,and has built a complete standard system.Green transformation and small hydropower development based on new quality productive forces may provide a Chinese solution for sustainable development of small hydropower.关键词
