摘要
Abstract
Happy Rivers and Lakes represents the organic unity of the health of river and lake ecosystems and their excellent social service functions,pointing the way forward for river and lake protection and management in the new era.The construction of Happy Rivers and Lakes has been actively promoted at both national and local levels and has achieved some results.This paper summarizes the related concepts and connotations of Happy Rivers and Lakes,reviews the relevant evaluation indices systems and guiding documents and summarizes the main practical achievements.Furthermore,the cognitive biases in the construction of Happy Rivers and Lakes,as well as the problems in promotion methods,technology,and investment security conditions were pointed.Finally,this paper proposes key suggestions for advancing the construction of Happy Rivers and Lakes with high quality.关键词
