江西省河湖长制实施现状、存在问题及对策建议
Current situation,problems,countermeasures and suggestions on the implementation of the river and lake chief system in Jiangxi Province

Abstract
Rivers and lakes are important components of the ecosystem and play an irreplaceable role in natural regulation,ecological protection and social services.Whether the river and lake chief system can be effectively implemented is related to the stability of the ecosystem,the well-being of the people and the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.In order to promote the work of the river and lake chief system and maintain the ecological environment of rivers and lakes,taking Jiangxi Province as an example,the implementation status of the river and lake chief system in Jiangxi Province are reviewed,and existing problems are analyzed subsequently based on field research.Furthermore,countermeasures and suggestions including improving the system governance mechanism,refining the assessment and accountability mechanism,improving the human and financial security mechanism,and strengthening the public participation mechanism are put forward to provide support for promoting the high-quality development of water conservancy in the new stage.关键词
