摘要

Abstract

Monitoring is an important basic work of soil and water conservation.Monitoring station plays an important part in the construction of soil and water conservation monitoring network.From 2002 to 2010,the first and second phases of the construction of the national soil and water conservation monitoring network and information system was approved and implemented,which also included some local and other industry monitoring stations,initially forming the soil and water conservation monitoring network covering the whole country.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation and situation of soil and water conservation monitoring in the country,and according to the new requirements of national ecological civilization construction and high-quality development of soil and water conservation in the new era,research has been carried out on the optimization layout of national soil and water conservation monitoring stations,construction objectives and tasks,and project operation management mode.It provides an effective way to solve the problems of unbalanced layout of existing monitoring stations,insufficient application of observation data analysis,and insufficient support for the high-quality development of soil and water conservation,and also provides a reference for the optimization layout of soil and water conservation monitoring stations in the country.
