Research on The Construction of Think Tanks in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of High-Quality Development:Empirical Analysis Based on 16 New Think Tanks of"Federation of Social Sciences+Higher Vocational Colleges"in Jiangsu Province

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Some think tanks in vocational colleges in China lack sufficient position-ing,research accuracy,and construction efforts.High quality development has pointed out the direction for the construction of think tanks in vocational colleges.[Method/process]Through a mixed-method approach,including literature reviews,data statistics,case analysis,etc,addressing these shortcomings,this paper uses Jiangsu prov-ince as a case study to develop a new model of think tank collaboration between the"Federation of Social Scienc-es+Higher Vocational Education"to meet the requirements of high-quality"supply of intelligence"and"co-gov-ernance"of the new type think tank.[Result/Conclusion]It is recommended that the new type of think tanks in higher vocational colleges should realize the fundamental shift:from catering to"academic needs"to addressing"decision-making needs";from engaging in"slow work and careful work"study to"accurate and efficient"intelli-gence supply;and from"Multi-head dispersion"to the establishment of a"Multi-evaluation"system.关键词
