摘要
Abstract
This study aims to explore the relationship between consumer shopping psychology and shopping guidance strategies to effectively engage consumers in the shopping process.By analyzing consumer behavior patterns and psychological needs,strategies are proposed to attract consumers,enhance shopping experiences,and improve the convenience of product selection.With the low efficiency of information transmission and insufficient attraction to customers within commercial complexes as the design entry points,the study aims to guide the design research of intelligent shopping guide interaction interfaces in commercial complexes.Additionally,patterns of intelligent design and interaction methods of shopping guide robots are explored to increase shopping enjoyment.关键词
