角针原穴法治疗儿童青少年近视的临床研究
Treatment of Myopia in Children and Adolescents with Angle Needle Needling Source Point

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of angle needle needling source point in children and adolescent with myopia.Methods:Two hundred and forty children and adolescent is with myopia in Huannan Road Primary School of Jiangyin City were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eye health exercises,while the study group was treated with the same plus angle acupuncture in source point.After 1 year(July 2022 to June 2023)of treatment,the efficacy,axial length,corneal curvature,refractive index,naked eye vision,corneal endothelial cell density,and central thickness of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared before and after treatment,the axial length and corneal curvature of the control group increased(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant changes in the axial length and corneal curvature in the study group(P>0.05);After treatment,the axial length and corneal curvature of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Compared before and after treatment,the refractive power of the study group decreased and their naked eye vision improved(P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the refractive power and naked eye vision of the control group children(P>0.05);After treatment,the refractive power of the study group was lower and their naked eye vision was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there were no differences in corneal endothelial cell density and central thickness between and within two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of the angle needle needling source point in the treatment of myopia in children and adolescents can help improve visual parameters,enhance children's vision,and have good therapeutic effects and good safety.关键词
