四妙勇安汤含漱配合刮痧治疗瘀热互结型小儿慢性扁桃体炎的效果观察
Effect of Simiao Yongan Decoction Gargle Combined with Scraping Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis in Children with Combination of Stasis and Heat

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Simiao Yongan decoction gargle combined with scraping in the treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis.Methods:Eighty children with chronic tonsillitis who were diagnosed and treated in Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were prospectively selected and randomly included in the study.They were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group using random number table method.The control group was gargling with normal saline.The observation group was treated with Simiao Yongan decoction gargle and scraping.The efficacy,clinical symptoms,signs scores,inflammatory levels,immune levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of major and minor symptoms and signs,interleukin 1β(IL-1β)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels in both groups decreased,and these indicators were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).The levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),CD3+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Simiao Yongan decoction gargle combined with scrapping in the treatment of children with chronic tonsillitis can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve immune function,and the medication is relatively safe.关键词
