清热润目汤熏蒸对睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的疗效评价
Therapeutic Effect Evaluation of Qingre Runmu Decoction Fumigation and Steaming on Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Type Dry Eye Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qingre Runmu decoction(QRD)fumigation and steaming on meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye syndrome.Methods:The subjects of this prospective study were 80 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction type dry eye syndrome,the study duration was from September 2022 to May 2023,and the patients were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with distilled water fumigation and steaming combined with meibomian gland massage and sodium hyalurate eye drop,while the study group was treated with QRD combined with meibomian gland massage and sodium hyalurate eye drop.All patients were evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment.Subjective symptom scores such as driness,foreign body sensation,fatigue,photophobia and burning sensation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Tear film rupture time(BUT),Schirmer Ⅰ test results(SITI),corneal fluorescin staining level(FL)and lipid trait scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall effectiveness was97.50％(39/40)in study group and 85.00％(34/40)in control group,with statistical difference.The subjective symptom scores of both groups decreased after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),which were lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05).BUT and SITI were higher in both groups after 2,4 and 8 weeks treatment(P<0.05),which were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).FL was lower in both groups 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),which was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lipid character scores of meibomian gland secretion were lower in both groups 2,4 and 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),which was lower in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Runmu decoction fumigation and steaming can promote tear secretion and increase tear film stability in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye syndrome,improve the shape of meibomian gland secretion,and have a good therapeutic effect on dry eye syndrome.关键词
