Effects of Sm/Gd-Nd Co-Substituting on the Properties of High Dielectric Constant Microwave Garnet Ferrites
采用固相法陶瓷制备工艺,利用Bi3+与稀土离子Gd3+-Nd3+、Sm3+-Nd3+协同置换对石榴石铁氧体进行高介电常数和高功率性能的复合,开发了新型高介电常数高功率石榴石铁氧体,研究不同烧结温度下制备的铁氧体的电磁性能.利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对铁氧体的物相组成和微观形貌进行了表征,确认均为单一的石榴石相结构.该铁氧体良好地复合了高介电常数与高功率特性,且具有tanδ<2×10-4,Tc>260℃等良好性能.两种高介电常数高…查看全部>>
