大城市中心城区既有体育场馆的商业空间活力化更新改造研究
Research on the Vigorous Renewal and Transformation of Commercial Space in the Existing Stadiums in the Downtown of Metropolis:A Case of Shanghai
摘要
Abstract
With the intensive development of the city,the functions of sports buildings are increasingly integrated.The mixture of sports with catering,retail,culture,education and training,leisure and entertainment,and office meets the diverse needs of the citizens.Among them,commercial functions occupy a large proportion in non-sports functions and have a greater impact on the vitality of space.This paper summarizes three typical cases in the downtown of Shanghai,summarizes the problems in the planning layout,architectural design and operation management of the commercial space in the existing sports facilities,analyzes the causes of low spatial vitality,and proposes an renewal strategy to enhance the vitality of commercial space.关键词
