Study on the Protection and Reuse Strategies of Industrial Heritage in Hengyang Based on Empirical Investigation

Abstract
As an important urban cultural heritage,industrial heritage is the first and most easily involved object in new urbanization construction of the city,and its reasonable protection and utilization is one of the key tasks of urban renewal.The protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Hengyang is still in its infancy,and there is a lack of systematic combing of industrial heritage resources and research on protection and reuse strategies.This paper combs the current protection and reuse conditions of industrial heritages in Hengyang,analyzes its existing problems,and then puts forward targeted protection and reuse strategies from three aspects of resource identification and management,formulation of laws and regulations,and exploration on diversified fund raising.It aims to provide basis and suggestions for the practice of industrial heritage protection and reuse in Hengyang.关键词
