Abstract
The historical and cultural block is one of the blocks with abundant cultural background in Qingdao,a booming city,and also carries the irreplaceable memory and past of several generations of Qingdao people.The revival of the historical and cultural block is one of the most important topics in Qingdao's urban renewal work.Taking Dabao Island Cultural and Leisure Block in Shibei District of Qingdao as an example,this paper summarizes the problems and defects in the protection and renewal of Dabao Island Cultural and Leisure Block by studying the whole block and the protected buildings in the block(the history,current situation,repair methods and effects of No.74 Zhifu Road),and then puts forward the combination of repair and renewal,space and industry adaptation,popularity and scene correlation,conservation and innovation balance and other renewal strategies,which provides reference value for the research and practice of conservation and renewal of other historical and cultural blocks.关键词
