Discussion on the Warranty Model of University Infrastructure Projects Built by the Government:A Case of a University in Shenzhen

Abstract
This paper analyzes the warranty problems in infrastructure projects of colleges and universities built by the government.It finds out the defects in the current"property →construction"engineering warranty model,analyzes the causes of the problems,explores the solutions and measures,and proposes the"construction-based property"warranty model.It aims to find a more rapid,economic,and effective engineering warranty solution to improve the usage efficiency of university buildings,to meet the needs of faculty and students on space,and to provide new inspirations for the construction and warranty of government-constructed infrastructure projects in universities and colleges.关键词
