为进行电力市场改革背景下的分布式电源(DG)与独立储能的合理规划,文中以分布式电源运营商(DGO)和独立储能运营商(IESO)为投资主体,分别对配电网中DG和独立储能的安装容量进行决策.以DGO为主导者、IESO为跟从者构建主从博弈双层规划模型.针对独立储能制定了消纳新能源出力与电池余量套利相结合的运行策略,并引入交易电价,使DGO利用弃风弃光部分与IESO开展交易.采用标准粒子群算法与数学优化方法相结合的方式求解模型,通过IEEE 33节点配电…查看全部>>
