增材制造专业课程与材料专业学科相结合的教学方法探讨OA
增材制造作为一门新出现的先进制造技术近年来发展迅速,应用前景广阔,对我国发展高端制造业具有重要作用.增材制造技术进入高校课堂的时间不长,2021 年增材制造工程专业课程首次进入我国普通高等学校本科专业目录新增专业名单,因此当前大部分高校处于开展增材制造专业课程的初期阶段,在教学内容和教学方式上存在较大差异,面临着经验不足、教学效果差等问题.目前开设增材制造课程教学的专业主要集中在工科专业,该文探讨在材料学科中开展增材制造专业课程的教学方法,从增材制造课程的理论教学、课程实践、科研项目三方面进行教学内容和教学方法的论述.并阐述如何将增材制造课程内容与传统材料学科知识相结合,培养适应快速技术发展的专业人才.该文的最后对增材制造专业课程中如何融入思政教学也提出思考与展望.
Additive manufacturing,as a newly emerging advanced manufacturing technology,has developed rapidly in recent years and has broad application prospects,playing an important role in the development of China's high-end manufacturing industry.The introduction of additive manufacturing technology into university classrooms has not been long.In 2021,the course of additive manufacturing engineering was only added to the list of undergraduate majors in ordinary higher education institutions in China.Therefore,most universities are currently in the early stage of developing additive manufacturing courses,and there are significant differences in teaching content and methods,facing problems such as a lack of reference experience.At present,the majors that offer courses on additive manufacturing mainly focus on the mechanical and materials disciplines in engineering.This paper explores the teaching methods of conducting additive manufacturing courses in the materials discipline,and discusses the teaching content and methods from three aspects:theoretical teaching,course practice,and scientific research projects of additive manufacturing courses.It also elaborates on how to combine the content of additive manufacturing courses with traditional materials knowledge,cultivate professional talents who can adapt to rapid technological development.At the end of the paper,thoughts and prospects are also put forward on how to integrate ideological and political education into the courses of additive manufacturing.
