新工科背景下软件工程专业实践能力提升改革与实践

Abstract
There are still many problems in the cultivating of software engineering talents in provincial undergraduate universities such as the graduates'ability to work does not meet industrial needs,the graduates are lack of engineering practice experiences,the innovative talent training system needs further improvement and so on.So a new mode of cultivating innovative talents oriented industry demand in software engineering specialty has been established in order to improve the students'engineering practice ability under the new situation of emerging engineering.The innovation of this model lies in the cooperation and sharing of schools and enterprises.After more than four years of exploration and practice,a set of effective application innovative talent training system is formed,which has effectively improved the students'practical ability.The practice shows that the quality of talent training is improved significantly,and the effect of popularization and application is remarkable.关键词
