Abstract
Objective:To explore the formation law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome and perform network pharmacological verification,so as to provide reference for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM databases were retrieved to collect literature related to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome from 2012 to 2022.Excel 2019,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,SPSS 26.0 software were used to analyze the application frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.Active components of drugs were obtained through Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),corresponding targets of active components were collected.GeneCards,OMIM and DrugBank databases were used to obtain the target genes of nephrotic syndrome in children,and protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed through STRING platform.MetaScape platform was used to analyze the"drug-component-target"and its involved biological processes and pathways,and CytoScape 3.7.2 software was used to construct the"drug-target-pathway"network,finally molecular docking was performed for verification.Results:A total of 147 articles were included,including 181 oral traditional Chinese medicine formation and 229 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,among which Hedysarum Multijugum Maxim and Poria Cocos Wolf were commonly used.The association rules suggested that there were 10 drug pairs with support＞20％and confidence＞80％.The active components of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome were quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol and tanshinone Ⅱ A.The core target was PTGS2,mainly for inflammatory and immune pathways.Molecular docking showed that the binding activity was good.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome in children is complicated,traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to tonify Qi and strengthen the spleen,lighten osmosis and dehumidification,and promote blood and Qi,which may be used to treat nephrotic syndrome in children through anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,and anti-cellular senescence mechanisms.关键词
