某儿童医院头孢曲松药物利用评价标准的建立与应用
Establishment and Application of Drug Use Evaluation for Ceftriaxone in a Children's Hospital

Abstract
Objective:To establish the drug use evaluation(DUE)for ceftriaxone in children,so as to provide reference for regulating the use of antibiotics in children.Methods:The DUE standard for ceftriaxone was formulated according to the drug instructions,authoritative guidelines and books,and finally applied in clinic.Inpatients treated with ceftriaxone in our hospital from Jul.to Sept.2021 and from Jul.to Sept.2022 were analyzed and compared to evaluate the application of DUE standard.Results:From Jul.to Sept.2022,the compliance standards of the disease course records,test indicators,contraindications,indications of drug combination,and dose and frequency increased significantly compared with those from Jul.to Sept.2021,yet the test indicators,indications of drug combination,dose and frequency,and drug interactions were still lower than the target value.Conclusion:The established DUE standard for ceftriaxone in children can be effectively used for the evaluation,timely detection of problems and rectification measures,and promotion of rational drug use in clinic.关键词
