The"Right Divide"in Digital Society and its Bridging
摘要
Abstract
The development of digitalization,networking and intelligence has not only created an unprecedented digital dividend for people,but also formed a unique problem in the digital age.Among them,the digital divide suppresses the rights of the"digital weak",the expansion of digital power leads to the impairmentof digital rights,the lack of legal responsibility leads to the lack of public security,and the ambiguity of digital sovereignty leads to the problem of right confirmation,thus forming a serious"right divide",which focuses on the gap in the enjoyment and exercise of rights in the social field,judicial field,livelihood field and public domain.Therefore,it is necessary to promote tolerance and balance,strengthen judicial relief,improve the protection of people's livelihood and promote digital democracy,so as to achieve the legal bridge of the"rights divide",better protect digital rights,and build a friendly digital rule of law order.关键词
